Preventing crashes on startup

These crashes can be prevented

There is a workaround for a major issue with Behayve for iPhone and Android where the app crashes a few seconds after startup or after starting a session.

We greatly regret this problem, which is due to a recent unannounced change in the behaviour of a third-party website that Behayve depends upon (to broker in-app purchases). No change has been made to Behayve itself in the last year. We are working with the third-party vendor for a resolution as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, here is a workaround to avoid the problem:

1. Disable Internet access by turning off both WiFi and mobile/cellphone data.

2. Start Behayve and operate normally.

You can safely re-enable WiFi and mobile/cellphone data, 10-15 seconds after starting your first session (Android) or 10-15 seconds after starting the app (iPhone).

Note: While this issue persists, you will be unable to initiate new in-app purchases. In that case, please contact us as we have a solution for it. Existing in-app purchases will continue to work as normal and can be terminated as usual.
